Balsan at HIX Europe 2026: Where Heritage Meets the Future of Flooring

This year at HIX Europe, Balsan invites the hospitality design community to discover what happens when more than 270 years of French textile heritage meets the latest in flooring technology, customisation and responsible design.

Balsan also celebrated 20 years of Level Cut Loop (LCL) technology. A pioneer of LCL, Balsan has spent two decades exploring its ability to bring texture, relief and movement to textile flooring. Combining cut and loop pile within a single surface, the technology transforms flooring from a functional finish into an integral part of the interior design story.

Customisation will take centre stage too. Balsan’s design expertise, supported by its dedicated designers and advanced manufacturing capabilities in France, enables hospitality clients to explore colour, pattern, texture and scale to create flooring specifically for their project.
