At HIX Europe, Englisch Dekor presents four new collections for Autumn/Winter 2026.
stone – Expression Through Structure
The flagship of the season takes its name from its lead design: a loose arrangement of river stones, smoothed and shaped by water, translated into a confident contemporary pattern. stone thrives on contrast. Soft, plush chenille qualities meet cool metallic leatherette, adding layers of texture to seating, headboards and decorative elements. Natural tones such as sage, taupe and graphite form a calm base, while accents in terracotta and aqua bring energy and character. All stone fabrics are flame-retardant and tested to BS 5852 Sources 0 and 1.
smarTex – Smart in Character. Strong in Performance
smarTex combines the refined look of a textile weave with the resilience of modern leatherette. Its textile-like surface lends furniture a high-quality appeal, while its technical properties are built for hard-working environments. Excellent light fastness keeps colours stable even in intense sunlight, making smarTex suitable for outdoor use. An easy-clean finish with integrated stain protection, waterproof and mould-resistant properties and resistance to disinfectants meet high hygiene requirements. With 100,000 Martindale cycles and flame retardancy to BS 5852 Sources 0, 1 and Crib 5, smarTex is made for projects that demand more.
verdi – Curtain Up for the Grand Performance
verdi is a velvet for curtains and upholstery that brings dramatic depth into any interior. Its refined pile gives every shade intensity across an exceptionally wide colour palette. Beyond its look, verdi offers high abrasion resistance and outstanding acoustics: with sound absorption class A and an NRC of 0.85, it softens sound and brings calm to lively spaces, from hotel suites to restaurants and stages. It is flame-retardant to BS 5867-2 Types B and C for curtains and BS 5852 Sources 0, 1 and Crib 5 for upholstery.
tosca – When Structure Becomes Melody
tosca pairs velvet with a striking ribbed surface. Depending on the light, its effect shifts between a soft shimmer and bold texture, presented in a palette of trending colours. As a curtain and upholstery fabric with sound absorption class A and an NRC of 0.95, tosca delivers a perceptible improvement in room acoustics. Flame-retardant to BS 5867-2 Types B and C and BS 5852 Sources 0, 1 and Crib 5, it suits spaces that want to show character.
