Panel: A Sense of Place

Some hotels could be anywhere; others could only be where they are. Drawing on presentations of The Newman London, The Dean Munich, and The Companion Vienna, the panel asks what genuinely roots a hotel in its neighbourhood. They look at how to do it without tipping into pastiche, tokenism or box-ticking community partnerships.
