Travel

By tube: The Elizabeth Line and DLR are the quickest routes to Excel. Alight at Custom House for the west entrance or Prince Regent for the east entrance and ICC's.

By rail: London is connected by rail to all the major cities in the UK. It's a short hop from any of the London rail stations to Excel. (See the map below for the fastest connections.)

By bike or walking: Excel London has free to use cycle racks located at the west entrance taxi drop off point, underneath the DLR walkway. Check cycling routes for all or part of your journey on TfL Go app.

By air: London City Airport is the closest airport to us, just a 15-minute walk away or a short journey by DLR, bus or taxi. With flights to 30+ destinations across Europe, London City Airport makes travelling to exhibitions, conferences and events quick and convenient. Spend less time travelling and more time where you need to be.

Accessibility

Excel London aims to be as inclusive as possible for anyone working or visiting the venue with access needs. There are two stations adjacent to the venue - Custom House and Prince Regent, both of them are step-free. Click here to see TfL step-free station map to plan your journey. Excel is a large venue and our central boulevard is 600m long. All public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via low gradient ramps and an automatic door. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access.

Badge collection

When you arrive at the Excel, please bring your registration confirmation email with you. Your confirmation email contains a unique QR code. Show the QR code to our registration staff, who will print your badge and off you go.
