Alex is a hospitality design leader with an international career spanning Europe, the Middle East and the US. Beginning her career working with renowned designer Michael Boyd in London and New York, she developed a strong foundation in narrative-led and experiential design. This was followed by a move to AvroKO, where she worked on globally recognised hospitality projects across diverse markets and cultures. Today, Alex is Design Director at Hilton, leading design across the UK & Ireland and the Nordics,  bringing a global perspective to creating distinctive, thoughtful and culturally relevant hospitality experiences.
