Claire Mabon has worked alongside Pierre-Yves Rochon for twenty-seven years and carries his vision through every project, from the masterplan to the selection of materials.

Her portfolio of references includes the complete renovation of the Four Seasons Danieli in Venice, a fourteenth-century palazzo on the Riva degli Schiavoni. In New York, she designed the interiors of the Waldorf Astoria, the Art Deco landmark on Park Avenue, with the studio team, and in Rabat those of the Waldorf Astoria Rabat-Salé, set within the Mohammed VI Tower. This work continues a long association with the great names of luxury hospitality: she co-designed The Peninsula Shanghai and Shangri-La Paris, and later the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.

From a Venetian palazzo to a contemporary tower, Claire Mabon brings the PYR language to very different registers, from the most classical to the most modern, and to typologies spanning hospitality, residential and retail. She is currently working on a renewed vision for the Four Seasons Hotel Milano and on the De Beers flagship, and for nearly three decades has carried PYR’s design language from one continent to the next.
