Hattie David-Wilkinson - Maybourne

Hattie David-Wilkinson

Global Head of Wellness & Longevity, Maybourne

Hattie David-Wilkinson is Global Head of Wellness and Longevity at Maybourne, leading the wellness strategy across Maybourne’s portfolio, which includes Claridge’s, The Connaught, The Berkeley, and The Emory in London, The Maybourne Riviera, The Maybourne Beverly Hills, and The Maybourne Saint-Germain (opening 2027).

Hattie spearheads the direction and expansion of Maybourne’s own wellbeing lifestyle brand, Surrenne, whose spaces, experiences and products are dedicated to personal transformation and optimisation. Surrenne’s wellbeing and longevity clubs seamlessly blend cutting-edge science, ancient traditions, highly personalised treatments & therapies, and expert-led movement and fitness practices in each of its locations. The Surrenne methodology is founded on evidence-based protocols, co-created with leading experts in specialised fields and using diagnostic technology to create highly personalised programming.

Surrenne’s first members’ club, Surrenne Belgravia (within The Emory hotel), is formed of four subterranean floors across 18,000sq ft. Amongst its innovations, it includes the UK’s first Tracy Anderson Method studio, a swimming pool with in-water meditation, advanced diagnostics and recovery tools, and a café with an expertly curated wellness menu. Earlier this year, Surrenne opened its second location, Surrenne Riviera, perched clifftop between sea and sky at The Maybourne Riviera in the Cote d’Azur.

Before her current position, Hattie served as Director of Spa at Claridge’s, where she played an instrumental role in establishing the hotel’s spa as a destination for holistic healing. Prior to this, Hattie served as the Membership and Marketing Manager at Lanserhof at The Arts Club, and has also held positions at Maslow’s, Mortimer House, and Grace Belgravia in London.
