Heleri Rande is a hospitality strategist, writer and moderator specialising in hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, wellness destinations and food & beverage strategy. She advises developers, investors, operators and asset owners on the creation of distinctive hospitality concepts, destination strategies and commercially successful guest experiences across Europe, the Middle East and beyond.

Her work spans luxury hotels, wellness retreats, branded residences, lifestyle destinations, mixed-use developments and mega-projects, helping clients define positioning, shape experiences, identify operators and unlock long-term value through hospitality-led placemaking.

Prior to Think Hospitality, Heleri spent more than a decade in finance and hospitality, including roles at Citigroup in New York and London. She holds an MBA from the EHL Hospitality Business School in Switzerland and a BA in Economics and Business from New York University.
