Linda Boronkay
Linda Boronkay is the Founder and Creative Director of Boronkay Studio, the London-based interior design practice known for creating emotionally rich, transportive spaces across the globe.
Her work is defined by a cinematic sensibility and a deep connection to place, weaving heritage and modernity through art, architecture, fashion, craftsmanship and culture to create interiors that feel layered, authentic and collected over time.
Formerly Design Director at Soho House, where she led projects across Europe, Asia and the UK, Linda founded her studio in 2020. Today, its international portfolio spans landmark hospitality and residential projects including the reimagining of the historic Palais de la Méditerranée in Nice, Pollini and The Maine Palm Room in London, Beihouse in Beirut, SIR Prague, Osborn House in Australia, and private residences across Europe, the UK and the US.
Before studying interior architecture in London, Linda began her career in fashion and lived around the world, from New York to Tokyo. This early immersion in different cultures continues to inform her instinctive, multidisciplinary approach to design and her belief that the most memorable interiors are those that create an emotional connection to a place.
Linda has been recognised by House & Garden's HG101, ELLE Deco International's A-List, Country & Town House's Top 50 Interior Designers, the Prix Versailles and Hospitality Design's Wave of the Future. A respected voice within international design and hospitality, she is regularly invited to speak and judge internationally, with recent jury appointments including the Hospitality Design Awards, Dezeen Awards and AHEAD Awards, alongside appearances on the BBC.
