Marc is a passionate and relatable hotelier with well-rounded operational expertise having worked extensively with Grand Hyatt and Ritz-Carlton in Europe, Middle East and Asia and he is well recognized for a track record for creating operational excellence and financial returns.

Marc led the creation of the projects such as The Address Hotels and Resorts,  he worked on opening Armani Hotels in Dubai and Milan.

Marc again led the creation of their own ultra-luxury hotel brand, Patina Hotels and Resorts and it included the pursuit of projects in Singapore, Shanghai, Maldives and Sydney. He subsequently joined the Jumeirah Group in Dubai as Chief Operating Office and Acting Chief Executive Officer followed by a project in Saudi Arabia with PIF and the Amaala project, His most recent appointment was in Europe with Accor Luxury Brands where he overlooked the operational excellence of 55 hotels including the Raffles Royal Monceau, the Savoy and the Fairmont Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg voted top hotel in Germany for many years in a row.
