Mark Eacott leads design across Ennismore’s global portfolio of lifestyle hotels and branded residences. Working at the intersection of brand, design and experience, his role spans everything from developing brand design language, to guiding early vision through to opening and beyond. He is particularly focused on creating places with a strong sense of identity, rooted in location, connected to culture and designed around how people actually want to live and stay.

Mark brings over 20 years of global experience to the role, having worked across Los Angeles, Singapore, London, and Dubai with some of the most respected names in architecture and hospitality design — including Philippe Starck's YOO, Soho House, OMA, and Hirsch Bedner Associates.

Since joining Ennismore in 2018, Mark has helped shape the next generation of Delano, SLS, Mondrian, HYDE, and Morgans Originals legacy brands - a portfolio that helped define the modern lifestyle hotel category - while expanding the role of design across Ennismore’s growing portfolio.
