Noelle Homsy co-founded ENVI Lodges driven by a long-held ambition to create places that feel deeply personal, purposeful, and connected to their surroundings. Trained as an architect and shaped by a career spanning design, engineering, and strategic advisory, she brings a rare blend of creative vision and commercial rigor to the brand.

Her passion for watching hotels come to life, combined with her commitment to advancing responsible tourism in underserved destinations, ultimately led her to launch ENVI Lodges. She is drawn to immersive wellbeing experiences that help guests restore through their connection to the environment. She also believes meaningful travel should give local communities a role in the hospitality value chain.  Today, she plays a central role in shaping the brand’s strategy, concept development, and growth, ensuring each property reflects a strong sense of place, design integrity, and long-term vision. In this role, she also leads project development, guest experience, sustainability, and wellbeing across ENVI, extending that same care to her team.
