Piotr Wiśniewski is an architect and interior designer and co-founder of Berlin-based weStudio, which focuses on the hospitality and luxury residential sector and was established together with Barbara Elwardt in 2021. As Creative Director, he leads the interior design studio’s projects, including The cōmodo in Bad Gastein, Mamula Island in Montenegro, and the recently opened The Companion Vienna.

Educated at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK), Wiśniewski’s work is defined by a keen sense of context, combining architectural thinking with a refined approach to materiality, narrative, and spatial composition. His designs often explore the dialogue between historical reference and contemporary expression.

A passionate collector of 20th-century furniture, he regularly incorporates vintage pieces—particularly from Italian postmodernism—into his projects, combining them with bespoke furniture and lighting designs developed specifically for each context. The result is interiors that feel both distinctive and timeless.
