Atellior is an architecture and interior design studio with extensive international experience in the luxury residential and hospitality sectors. it's residential projects are located within some of the most desirable London real-estate, including penthouses at One Blackfriars, One Tower Bridge, Chelsea Creek, and Fulham Reach. It also works with a number of listed properties and period buildings within conservation areas in prime locations including Hyde Park and Sloane Square, within Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The studio's experience with the leading residential developers Berkeley Homes and St George span 20 years. It is also proud to work with other highly reputable developers including Cadogan Estate, Cheval Collection, and APML Estates. From the design of base-build interior specifications, to design and dressing of penthouses and sales & marketing suites it gets involved in all aspects of interior design, dressing and styling.
Atellior understand hospitality and the operation of hotels. It understands luxury and it understands brands. The studio's wide hospitality experience includes successful interior design and architecture projects with major brands including Four Seasons, Hilton, Kerzner, Marriott, InterContinental Hotel Group, Cheval Collection, Radisson Hotel Group, Hyatt and Accor, to name a few. it's current projects are widespread across Europe (United Kingdom, Morocco, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro) and range from 5-star luxury resorts, to boutique non-branded hotels which are part of The Leading Hotels of the World, Iconic Luxury Hotels and Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Each project is approached from scratch, drawing inspiration from current and historical site context. Atellior's ultimate goal is to bear in mind both client requirements and end-user experience throughout the design process.
